January 2019 Medical Camp: Day1
The wonderful Medical Mission trips to Kenya have officially kicked off the January 2019 9th-12th Free Medical Camp at the Health Center in Molo, Kenya. The team of medics from the US assisted by the Kenyan team worked in unison and effectively recorded great success on the first day of the camp.
Day 1 (9th Jan 2019) of the Camp registered an influx of patients who were adequately and lovingly attended to
- 33 Dental procedures were successfully done
- 13 Minor surgical procedures performed
- 181 patients treated and drugs distributed free of charge
The free medical camp continues through Saturday 12th and covers:
- ALL DENTAL CARE.
- MINOR SURGICAL PROCEDURES: Removal Of: Lipoma, Keloids, Foreign bodies, Benign Growths, Cysts etc.
- LABORATORY SERVICES: H-pylori Test, Malaria Test, Pregnancy Test, Urinalysis, Blood Sugar Test etc.
- HIV Screening.
- Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening for women.
- Prostate Cancer Screening for men above 50 years.
- General Treatment.
